- Develop and execute the overall commercial and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth across the business portfolio.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing commercial and sales team.
- Build strategic relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing, brand and communications to strengthen market presence.
- Identify and commercialise new business opportunities.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and secure high-value contracts.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective sales processes, CRM management and commercial governance.
- Manage departmental budgets and deliver measurable business performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- MBA will be advantageous.
- 1015 years' executive-level experience in commercial leadership, CRM and new business development.
- Minimum 7 years' experience leading high-performing professional teams.
- Experience within consulting, research, business intelligence or data analytics environments will be highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
- Strong strategic sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
