Hold the mirror for top leadership self-awareness and development. • Direct the Talent and Performance leads to engineer high-velocity sourcing, onboarding, skill matrix mapping, and discipline systems. • Operationalise and elevate our established culture code ("The EM Way") across management, eliminating operational friction and driving high-performance behaviours. Requirements:

• Registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist with proven in-house corporate experience and a track record of extreme operational ownership (no lifetime consultants). • Executive-level courage and intellect to balance a highly analytical, process-driven team and hold leadership - including the CEO - accountable. • Low-ego, team-first mindset committed to a 5+ year horizon, with the adaptability to elevate our established culture rather than impose a pre-packaged playbook.
