- Lead and coordinate the Group's monthly financial reporting and consolidation processes.
- Coordinate and oversee interim and annual financial reporting.
- Analyse financial performance and business drivers, identify process and cost-saving opportunities, and implement improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical accounting guidance, monitor changes in accounting standards and legislation, and ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and financial governance practices across the Group.
- Supervise, develop, and support finance employees.
- Support the delivery of Group Finance objectives.
Requirements
- Qualifications and experience: Relevant Bachelor's degree. Registered CASA. Minimum 2 years' relevant post-articles experience. Experience with Group financial consolidations and financial reporting. Experience preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Experience working with auditors and managing audit deliverables.
- Skills: Financial Reporting and Consolidation. IFRS Technical Accounting. Financial Analysis and Interpretation. Budgeting, Forecasting and Business Case Development. Audit and Financial Governance. Process Improvement and Financial Controls. Leadership and Employee Development. SAP Financial Systems and ERP Reporting. Financial Modelling.
