We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead organisational development and change initiatives that align people, processes, and strategy. Working closely with business leaders and HR, you will develop and implement organisational development interventions, leadership capability programmes, performance management frameworks, and change initiatives that enable sustainable business transformation.

You will play a key role in improving organisational effectiveness by analysing people-related processes, embedding organisational values, strengthening talent management practices, and ensuring change programmes are successfully adopted across the business. This position also includes oversight of organisational development budgets, governance, reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

Lead organisational development and change management initiatives.

Design and implement organisational development interventions aligned to business strategy.

Drive organisational effectiveness through people, culture, and process improvements.

Develop leadership competency frameworks and leadership development programmes.

Implement performance management frameworks, policies, and supporting systems.

Develop and enhance organisational competency frameworks.

Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.

Analyse organisational structures and recommend improvements.

Drive employee engagement and organisational culture programmes.

Manage organisational development budgets and reporting.

Identify, assess, and mitigate organisational development and change management risks.

Compile reports and monitor the effectiveness of organisational development interventions.

Ensure governance, procurement, and internal control requirements are maintained.

What You Bring

NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, and Skills Development.

At least 5 years' experience in a managerial or specialist capacity.
