The Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of the finance function while providing strategic leadership across the organization. You'll be responsible for:

Strategic Leadership â?? Partnering with the CEO and executive team on key business decisions â?? Developing and executing financial strategies to support growth â?? Leading financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning â?? Driving profitability, margin improvement, and capital allocation decisions

Finance & Operations â?? Full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow â?? Product costing, margin analysis, and working capital management â?? Banking relationships, treasury management, and funding facilities â?? Building scalable systems, reporting structures, and controls

Governance & Risk â?? IFRS compliance and statutory reporting â?? Risk management and internal controls â?? Audit leadership and stakeholder engagement â?? Board and committee reporting

Leadership â?? Leading and developing a high-performing finance team â?? Creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement â?? Acting as a culture ambassador across the business

Who We're Looking For

Essential Requirements â?? CA(SA) â?? 5+ years post-articles experience â?? Strong FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, or related industry experience â?? Proven success in a Financial Manager, Financial Director, or CFO role â?? Strong understanding of costing, margins, inventory, and manufacturing finance â?? Experience engaging with executive leadership, boards, and key stakeholders â?? Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and operationally
