- Oversee the day-to-day operations and facilities of the shopping centres.
- Manage all maintenance, repairs and operational requirements , ensuring the centre is well maintained and fully operational.
- Build and maintain strong, professional tenant relationships , addressing operational queries and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee staff, contractors and service providers .
- Monitor maintenance schedules, compliance, health & safety and general centre standards.
- Identify operational issues proactively and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
- Work closely with tenants, contractors and management to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
- Maintain accurate operational records and ensure all administrative requirements are kept up to date.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a Shopping Centre Operations Management role.
- Strong maintenance and facilities knowledge you need to be hands-on and maintenance savvy.
- Proven experience in staff management and contractor supervision.
- Strong tenant management and relationship-building skills .
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail .
- Strong computer literacy and confidence working with various systems.
- Own vehicle is essential.
- Candidates must be based in or around the East Rand and be comfortable working at shopping centres in the area.

You are comfortable managing people, tenants, contractors and maintenance requirements, while ensuring that the centre operates efficiently and maintains a consistently high standard.
