Anicalls is hiring a Causal AI Analyst to design and implement causal inference models and experimentation frameworks that identify key drivers of business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with causal inference , A/B testing , statistics , Python or R , and econometrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement causal inference and experimentation models.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze business impact.
- Apply statistical and econometric techniques to solve business problems.
- Develop analytical solutions using Python or R .
- Interpret and communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Ensure model accuracy, validation, and performance optimization.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Up to 5 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Causal AI , Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence , or a related field.
- Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Python, R, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are an added advantage.
