About the Role

Our client, a leading online gaming business, is seeking a Casino Content Analyst to join their Product team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional who is passionate about iGaming, player behaviour, digital content performance, and revenue optimisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the casino content strategy, monitoring game and provider performance, analysing player behaviour, and ensuring the casino offering remains competitive, engaging, and commercially successful.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyse casino game, content, and provider performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Monitor and report on key business and revenue KPIs.

• Support the optimisation of casino game portfolios and lobby placements to improve player engagement and conversion.

• Conduct player behaviour analysis to support content selection and lifecycle management decisions.

• Assist with onboarding new content providers and ensuring a seamless implementation process.

• Manage content quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Commercial teams to optimise the player experience.

• Support A/B testing and performance optimisation initiatives.

• Maintain performance reporting and content governance documentation.

• Assist in developing commercially driven content strategies across multiple markets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience within:

• Online Casino

• iGaming

• Sports Betting

• Digital Gaming

• Digital Product Analytics

• Content Performance Analytics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience analysing customer or player behaviour.

• Experience working with performance metrics, reporting, and revenue analysis.

• Ability to interpret data and make commercially focused recommendations.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units.
