Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their queries
Process cash, card and account payments accurately
Assist customers with cellular products, contracts, upgrades and accessories
Achieve sales targets and promote products and services
Handle customer information and documentation professionally
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, capturing information and checking paperwork
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Requirements
Minimum Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Previous cashier, retail sales or cellular experience will be an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Computer literate with good administrative ability
Must be honest, reliable and able to work under pressure
Must reside in or be able to commute easily to the Hillcrest / Waterfall area
