Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee Client Payments: Manage all client payments, including cash, cards, EFT, and COD transactions.
- Accurate Financial Recording: Ensure precise capturing and recording of all money received.
- Payment Verification: Confirm payments before releasing stock to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Daily Reporting: Enter daily takings into Excel to maintain accurate financial records.
- Adhoc duties as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is essential.
- Education: Matric is essential; additional qualifications in Maths or Accounting are advantageous.
- Cash Management: Proven experience in cashing up and handling banking processes.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer use, with a strong command of Excel.
- Attention to Detail.
- Integrity. Demonstrated trustworthiness and reliability.
- Must provide contactable references to verify experience and character.
