Case Advisor (Grade 5) Office of the Deputy Commissioner

We are looking for a highly experienced competition law/economics professional who meets the following requirements: A four-year degree in Law or Economics. An LLM or Masters degree in Law or Economics will be an advantage. A minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in competition law or competition economics. Strong understanding of Competition Law or Competition Economics. Ability to read, analyse and interpret complex documents and provide sound strategic advice. Strong research, investigation and analytical capability. High-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare speeches, articles, briefings and presentations on complex matters. Strong diplomacy, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. Strong project and case-management capability. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
