Key Responsibilities / Sleutel Verantwoordelikhede

·  Installations & Repairs:  Carry out installations and repairs of building components, locks, keys, bathroom vanities, and other fixtures affected by tenant wear-and-tear.

·  Maintenance Management:  Handle all tenant-related repairs and maintenance tasks independently, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.

·  Site Operations:  Travel to multiple commercial and industrial sites as required, completing tasks on schedule and reporting progress back to the office.

·  Independent Work:  Operate autonomously across various sites, managing your workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.

·  Quality & Safety:  Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety protocols, and best practices in carpentry and property maintenance.

·  Installasies & Herstelwerk:  Voer installasies en herstelwerk uit van geboukomponente, slotte, sleutels, badkamermeubels en ander toebehore wat deur huurdergebruik beïnvloed word.

·  Onderhoudsbestuur:  Hanteer alle huurderverwante herstel- en onderhoudstake onafhanklik en verseker dat probleme doeltreffend en volgens ’n hoë standaard opgelos word.

·  Terreinoperasies:  Reis na verskeie kommersiële en industriële terreine soos benodig, voltooi take volgens skedule en rapporteer vooruitgang terug aan die kantoor.

·  Onafhanklike Werk:  Werk outonoom oor verskeie terreine, bestuur jou werklas en prioritiseer take effektief.

·  Kwaliteit & Veiligheid:  Verseker dat alle werk voldoen aan maatskappystandaarde, veiligheidsprotokolle en beste praktyke in houtwerk en eiendoms-onderhoud.

Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes

· National Senior Certificate (Matric).

· Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in carpentry and building maintenance.

· Proven experience in installation, repair, and general property maintenance.

· Carpentry background with the ability to install building components, locks, keys, and bathroom vanities.

· Own carpentry tools.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

· Ability to work independently across multiple sites and manage tasks on-site effectively.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to handle tenant wear-and-tear issues efficiently and professionally.

· Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Matriek).

· Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in houtwerk en gebou-onderhoud.

· Bewese ervaring in installasie, herstelwerk en algemene eiendoms-onderhoud.

· Houtwerk agtergrond met die vermoë om geboukomponente, slotte, sleutels en badkamermeubels te installeer.

· Besit van eie houtwerkgereedskap.

· Geldige rybewys en betroubare vervoer.

· Vermoë om onafhanklik oor verskeie terreine te werk en take op die terrein effektief te bestuur.

· Sterk probleemoplossingsvaardighede en aandag aan detail.

· Vermoë om huurdergebruik-kwessies doeltreffend en professioneel te hanteer.

Salary:  R15 000 pm
