GERMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CSSR)Fully Remote / Work from Home (Reside anywhere in South Africa)ABOUT THE ROLEWe are recruiting German CSSRs for a major new international client (non-airline). As a CSSR, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking retail and B2B customers, managing omnichannel communications (phone, email, ticketing).You will handle 1st Level Support (new order processing, tracking, product queries) and 2nd Level Support & Escalations (payments, refunds, legal claims, B2B account management).KEY REMUNERATION & BENEFITS· Salary: R200,000.00 per annum CTC· Monthly Incentive: R2,000.00 monthly performance bonus (after probation)· Medical Insurance: Company-paid medical insurance (after probation)· Training: 4 to 6 weeks fully paid trainingWORKING HOURS & ARRANGEMENTS· Work Arrangement: 100% Fully Remote from home anywhere in RSA· Operational Hours: Monday – Friday, European Business Hours (inclusive of public holidays as required)· Shifts: 8.5-hour shifts daily (40 hours/week)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS· Language Proficiency: Native/Fluent German (C1/C2 level) in both written and verbal communication.· Citizenship: Must hold a valid South African ID or Permanent Residence Permit.· Computer Literacy: 100% computer literate. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, ticketing systems, and web applications.· Experience: Previous contact centre, customer service, or retail/hospitality experience preferred.MANDATORY HOME-OFFICE SETUP· Internet: Dedicated uncapped Fibre or fixed ADSL line (minimum 25 Mbps download / upload).
