An exciting opportunity is available for experienced New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives to join established motor-industry operations in Roodepoort and Strand .
We are looking for energetic, outgoing and sales-driven individuals who understand the motor industry, communicate professionally and have the ability to confidently build relationships, prospect for new business and close deals.
This is a performance-driven environment offering uncapped earning potential for candidates who are motivated to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Previous motor industry vehicle sales experience is essential
- Valid drivers licence
- Proven sales and deal-closing ability
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong prospecting and customer relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, outgoing and vibrant personality
- Professional manner and presentation
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new and/or used vehicles
- Achieve a minimum target of 8 vehicle sales per month
- Work toward a minimum of approximately 2 completed deals per week
- Generate and prospect for new business
