Car Dealership Administrator

Client based in Boksburg within the Automotive sector is looking for a highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented Car Dealership Administrator to join their team with strong administration and finance experience

Duties included but not limited to Vehical registration and licensing Change of ownership Control of Natis documents, bank settlements on vehicles Resolving all Natis related queries Responding to email Capturing and maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information Preparing invoices, quotations and other administrative documents Filing and maintaining vehicle records Processing and following up on outstanding documentation Answering calls and responding to customer queries professionally Liaising with customers, suppliers, finance houses and relevant departments Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time General office support as required Ad hoc duties

Requirements Male 3 years administration experience, preferably within a car dealership or automotive environment Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Pastel Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Professional and customer-focused approach Valid drivers licence would be advantageous

Salary R10 000 to R15 000 based on experience
