• RSA ID and legal residence essential • Proven experience in a safari lodge or camp environment • Previous lodge or camp management experience • Recognised Chef qualification and professional kitchen experience • Strong guest relations and hosting skills • Experience managing stock, ordering, food costs, and kitchen operations • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Hands-on approach and willingness to assist across all areas of camp operations • Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle essential • Ability to work independently in a remote bush environment • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills • Own reliable vehicle required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CAMP MANAGER
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the camp • Manage and coordinate staff • Host guests and ensure an exceptional and personalised guest experience • Maintain camp standards, presentation, and service levels • Oversee operational administration and daily camp requirements • Assist with general camp duties where required CHEF
• Plan and prepare quality meals for guests • Manage the daily kitchen operation and food production • Manage kitchen stock, ordering, and food costs • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness • Cater for guest dietary requirements • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all meals PACKAGE:
