Start free — we apply for you →REQUIREMENTS: - RSA ID and legal residence essential - Previous experience in a safari lodge or camp environment - Proven camp or lodge management experience - Professional Chef or Sous Chef experience - Ability to assist with food preparation and kitchen operations - Recognised Chef qualification advantageous - Excellent guest relations and hosting skills - Strong leadership and organisational abilities - Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle essential - Ability to work independently in a bush environment - Hands-on approach and willingness to assist across the camp
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee the day-to-day running of the camp - Manage staff and daily camp operations - Host guests and ensure an exceptional guest experience - Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations - Assist with menu planning and meal preparation - Assist with food stock, ordering, food costs, hygiene and cleanliness - Maintain high culinary and presentation standards - Assist with general camp duties where required
PACKAGE: - Salary: Negotiable depending on experience - Live-in accommodation provided - Own reliable vehicle required
