Responsible for processing and client service activities relating to the range of discretionary products we administer within CAM-IP (CAM Investment Platform).
Duties & Responsibilities
Effectively dealing with high volumes against the standard time allocated.
- Executing transactions timeously and correctly and within SLA.
- Processing of various LISP instructions such as:
- Discretionary products related to investments and disinvestments (Local and offshore funds)
- Internal and external unit transfers on local and offshore products.
- General maintenance instructions like switches; change of details; debit order changes and Annuity Revaluations.
- Liaise with external Suppliers and Advisers regarding any outstanding requirements.
- Write clear notes on workflow systems ensuring that data captured facilitates easy access to the progress of the instruction.
- Following the correct processes.
- Follow-up for outstanding requirements and action correctly according to SLA.
- Resolution of complex cases.
- Ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Relevant post Matric Qualifications with a minimum if 2 years of experience in a LISP environment.
