- We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient Call Coordinator Administrator with experience in an IT Service Desk or similar support environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with users, resolve queries, and provide a consistently high standard of service. Strong attention to detail, computer literacy, and proficiency in MS Office are essential, together with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Expertise
- 1-2 years of administrative work experiences via Service Desk, Call Coordinating or similar.
