NIGHTSHIFT CALL CENTRE AGENTS WANTED | Convenient afternoon/evening working hours: 3PM – 8PM

- Due to expansion, we have several vacancies available in one of our biggest office based in Umhlanga, Durban for nightshift call centre agents working from 3PM to 8PM.

Role & Responsibilities
- Reach and exceed targets set by the business
- Enhance the customer journey by providing professional and polite service
- Ensure all compliance procedures and company standards are followed
- Use your sales skills to identify and maximise business opportunities
- Work towards personal targets in a fast-paced environment

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience
- Hardworking, passionate and self-motivated
- Outgoing, friendly and confident personality
- Excellent communication skills
- NQF Level 4 or higher
- Valid South African identity document
