Duties & Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously
Objection Handle
Provide accurate information about products and services
Achieve individual and team performance goals
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
1 + year experience in a call centre environment
Matric or equivalent
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Previous call centre experience is a requirement
Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
Package & Remuneration
What we offer
R6000 plus uncapped commission as well as paid training
