This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading a high-performing team. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including cash-ups, stock control, ordering, and reporting. Manage inventory, stock receiving, waste control, and store administration. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained. Monitor store performance and communicate daily operational updates. Requirements: South African citizen (essential). Diploma in Hospitality Previous experience managing a café, coffee shop, or hospitality outlet. Strong barista skills and food handling experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Computer literate with Microsoft Office and GAAP POS experience. Well-organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays.
