About the Position
An exciting opportunity is available for a Cadette / Trainee Administrator to join a centralised administration hub within the motor industry in Pretoria.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to build a career in administration and the financial side of the motor industry . The successful candidate will receive training, gain practical workplace experience and develop valuable administrative and financial skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be trained and developed in various aspects of administration within the financial division of the motor industry.
Duties may include
- Providing general administrative support to the finance and administration team.
- Capturing and maintaining accurate information and documentation.
- Assisting with filing, record keeping and document management.
- Processing and checking administrative information.
- Assisting with financial administration and related processes.
- Supporting the team with daily administrative requirements.
- Following established procedures and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicating with internal departments when required.
- Learning and developing knowledge of financial administration within the motor industry.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric is essential.
- Accounting and/or Business Economics as a Matric subject will be advantageous.
- Previous work experience is not essential; junior candidates and trainees are encouraged to apply .
- Reliable own transport is essential.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good administrative and organisational abilities.
- Must be hardworking, adaptable and eager to learn.
- Must be result-driven and goal-oriented .
- A strong willingness to learn and develop within the financial administration environment.
