Duties & Responsibilities

They partner with clients to build scalable, resilient, and impactful software through expertise in software engineering, cloud technologies, product development, data solutions, and digital transformation. As a C# Software Architect, you will provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, helping clients make informed architectural decisions while guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, influence technology strategy, mentor developers, and contribute to pre-sales and solution design activities. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable software solutions aligned to business and technical requirements

• Evaluate deployment environments, performance expectations, maintainability, and long-term solution viability

• Provide technical guidance regarding technology choices, architecture decisions, and trade-offs

• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical challenges

• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices

• Drive continuous improvement of software delivery processes and methodologies

• Mentor and support developers and technical team members

• Provide expert input on project estimations, technical feasibility, and solution scope

• Contribute to pre-sales engagements, solution proposals, and technical presentations

• Participate in recruitment, technical assessments, and performance management initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BSc Computer Science or related tertiary qualification

• Extensive experience in software development and solution architecture

• Strong object-oriented programming expertise

• Advanced C# and .NET development experience

• Solid experience with:

• C#

• ASP.NET

• MVC

• Blazor

• JavaScript

• HTML

• CSS

• WPF

• WCF

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications

• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices

• Microsoft certifications advantageous

• Active GitHub, Bitbucket, or Stack Overflow profiles highly beneficial

• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
