C Developer - The Engine Behind High-Performance Software

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C++ Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for complex software system Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for speed and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture decisions Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and backend services where required Implement multithreaded and concurrent programming solutions Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, and best practices Work within Agile development environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Stay up to date with modern C++ standards, tools, and emerging technologies

Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 3+ years' of professional software development experience with C++ (requirements may vary by role) Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns Experience developing applications in Linux and/or Windows environments Proficiency in Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and the Standard Template Library (STL) Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimisation Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software development best practices Understanding of networking concepts, APIs, and system integrations is advantageous Relevant Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
