- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury guest service role within a 5 Star lodge or hotel essential
- Previous game lodge experience advantageous
- Exceptional guest relations and hosting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with a high standard of personal presentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Valid Driver's License advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver personalised and attentive butler service to all guests • Welcome guests and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience • Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements • Liaise with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Guiding, and Management to ensure exceptional service delivery • Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments when required • Maintain guest suites and public areas to the highest presentation standards • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly • Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and luxury hospitality are maintained at all times PACKAGE:
