*Manage the daily operations of the butchery.
*Supervise, Manage and motivate butchery staff.
*Ensure staff follow proper hygiene, Food safety and Workplace Procedures.
*oversee receiving, handling , cutting, packing and display of meat.
*Ensure products are prepared and presented to a high standard.
*Manage stock Levels and Ensure accurate stock control.
*Be hands-on and willing to assist the team when needed.
Most importantly, We are looking for someone who is hands-on, Trustworthy, Experienced and capable of running the butchery as if it were their own.
Location: Pietermaritzburg / Kwazulu-Natal
Position: Butchery Manager
Salary: Negotiable.
