Business Unit Director

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Hold full responsibility for your business unit/s, governing resourcing, capacity and investment across a substantial multi-account, multi-team portfolio Manage senior client relationships across the group, ensuring portfolio health, retention and growth Lead problem resolution and manage escalations at senior level, championing the client internally while protecting agency interests Ensure the unit delivers a high-volume retail programme reliably and to standard, with disciplined briefing, workflow and quality control at scale Safeguard accuracy, brand CI consistency and regulatory compliance across all output Take accountability for sound financial governance across accounts, including retainer management, cost estimates, billing and job profitability Lead and develop Group Account Directors and senior talent, building a high-performing, accountable leadership team Give strategic insights and direction into the categories you are responsible for Able to work under pressure and step in when the team needs hands on assistance Contribute to agency strategy as part of the senior leadership team, and represent 99c at the most senior external levels
