- To directly architect, deploy, and manage business systems and technical reporting architectures. This is a hands-on technical leader role balancing team supervision with active execution—directly working with system integration, optimizing system platforms, standardizing operational processes, and identifying system constraints to drive innovation across SA OPS.
Process Automation & System Optimization
- Design, configure, and engineer operational systems and process integration supporting SA OPS applications while leading manufacturing system deployments and software rollouts.
Process Validation & System Testing
- Perform root-cause error analysis on business systems and directly implement necessary process reconfigurations.
Technical Team Supervision & Resource Management
- Supervise and technically mentor the professional and skilled staff by translating operational goals into specific system deliverables, monitoring timelines, and overseeing the process documentation repository.
Stakeholder Relations & Business Alignment
- Act as the primary technical liaison for manufacturing process initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational business requirements into highly feasible technical specifications
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree / diploma or equivalent in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial engineering.
Experience
- 4–6 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / IT / process control
- 2 –3 years of proven, direct people leadership management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of project management expertise.
- Strong understanding of batch processing / system integration / project management
- Proven experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems MES within a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.
