We're looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Group IT Shared Services team in Parktown, Gauteng . If you're passionate about business process improvement, systems optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivering technology solutions that create real business value, we'd like to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, document, test, and implement business and system requirements
- Map and improve business processes, including As-Is and To-Be process design
- Create user stories, process flows, solution designs, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, feasibility studies, and quality assurance activities
- Support testing, UAT, solution implementation, training, and ongoing business support
- Identify automation and system integration opportunities to improve efficiency across the Group
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Formal Business Analysis training
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong software development lifecycle and testing knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
- Process re-engineering and continuous improvement experience
