Role Purpose Our client in the Telecommunications sector is seeking an experienced Business Process Reengineering Expert with strong Telecommunications and Business Support Systems (BSS) experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, redesigning and optimising end-to-end business processes across the telecommunications environment, with a particular focus on BSS transformation, customer journeys, operational efficiency, automation, digitalisation and technology-enabled process improvement. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, IT, BSS teams, vendors and transformation teams to ensure that business processes are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives and supported by fit-for-purpose BSS capabilities. Detail: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Process Engineering or related field. Relevant certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analysis or Process Reengineering will be advantageous. Certification in TM Forum / Telecoms frameworks would be beneficial. Required Experience 8–10+ years' experience in Business Process Reengineering, Business Process Management, Business Analysis or Transformation. Strong experience within the Telecommunications industry . Proven experience working with Telecommunications BSS environments . Experience delivering end-to-end process transformation initiatives . Experience working on large-scale BSS transformation / modernisation programmes . Strong understanding of telecoms customer, product, order, service and billing processes. Experience conducting process discovery and transformation workshops. Proven ability to develop As-Is / To-Be process models . Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
