Start free — we apply for you →QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Industrial Engineering; Business Management / Business Analysis / Information Systems/ Operations Management / Supply Chain Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification in Business, Operations or related field. Lean / Six Sigma certification. Business Analysis certification. BPM or Process Management certification. Project Management qualification or certification. Experience Minimum 7-10 years' relevant experience in business process management, business improvement, operational excellence, business analysis or transformation. At least 3 years' experience operating at a senior specialist, lead or management level . Demonstrated experience mapping and redesigning complex end-to-end business processes. Strong experience facilitating cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Experience implementing process changes in a complex operational environment. Experience working with technology/system teams on process-enabled system changes. Experience defining and measuring process performance and improvement benefits. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder buy-in in an environment of high change volatility. Experience in S&OP principles and methodologies. Strongly advantageous: FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution, logistics or supply chain experience. Experience working across multi-site operations. Experience with ERP, CRM , WMS and other operational systems. Experience with process automation and digital workflow solutions. KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of: Business Process Management (BPM) Process mapping and modelling Process re-engineering Continuous improvement methodologies Root-cause analysis Lean principles Business analysis Requirements gathering Process governance SOP development Process controls Change management Project management principles Benefits realisation KPI development and performance measurement Workflow automation and digitisation Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, Signavio or similar would be advantageous. Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Projects or similar Strong Microsoft 365 productivity tools and general data analysis capability is required. Facilitation Able to lead workshops and discussions involving stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives. Influencing Able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders without depending on formal authority. Execution Focus Moves beyond process mapping and recommendations to ensure improvements are implemented and embedded. Attention to Detail Maintains high standards of process documentation, governance and accuracy. Collaboration Works effectively across functions and builds strong relationships with operational and support teams. Change Agility Comfortable operating in an environment where systems, structures and ways of working continue to evolve.
