Introduction

Convergenc3 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Process Engineer (Industrial Engineer) to join our growing team. We are looking for a driven professional with strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a passion for operational excellence and business improvement.

The Business Process Engineer is a transitioning role designed for professionals who are on the path to becoming full Senior Consultants. In this capacity, candidates are expected to take on increasing responsibility in client engagements, offering insightful analyses and actionable recommendations. This role demands the ability to balance hands-on analytical work with growing involvement in client strategy and engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

1. Advanced Analysis and Strategy Formation

• Perform high-quality analyses of complex client situations and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations for improvement, including identification of high-impact opportunities and process inefficiencies.

2. Solution Design, Implementation and Validation

• Design, implement and validate complex process improvements or other tailored solutions that align with client objectives, based on thorough analysis, expertise, and client consultations.

• Contribute to implementation approaches and support sustainable and maintainable solutions.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Development

• Begin to take a more prominent role in client interactions, working to establish trusted relationships and effectively communicating proposed solutions and progress.

4. Project Support and Leadership Preparation

• Actively support senior leadership in leading project execution and begin taking on smaller leadership roles within the project team.

5. Internal Leadership & C3 Contribution

• Take initiative in supporting colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment, and beginning to guide and mentor less experienced team members.

• Actively participate in internal initiatives such as training, knowledge sharing, and process improvement efforts that contribute to the growth and development of the company.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BEng) from an accredited university is required.

• Honours or Master’s Degree & MBA is highly advantageous

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BEng)(Industrial) is a plus

• Professional certifications relevant to business process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP) are beneficial

• Familiar with digital transformation tools and technology platforms to enable data-driven decision-making and process optimisation.

Experience

• 0-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting, business process engineering, or business analysis role, with a demonstrated history of leading complex projects and delivering outstanding results for clients.
