Role Overview Our client in the Telecommunications / Technology sector is seeking an experienced Business Manager with strong OSS/BSS, telecommunications and project delivery experience . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business requirements, operational priorities, stakeholder relationships and the delivery of OSS/BSS initiatives aligned to the organisation's telecommunications strategy. The role requires a strong understanding of Telecoms OSS/BSS environments, business processes, technology transformation and project management , with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and project delivery teams. Detail: Minimum Requirements Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field . 7+ years' experience in business management, business analysis, project management or technology delivery. Strong telecommunications industry experience . Proven experience working on OSS/BSS projects or transformation programmes . Strong understanding of telecoms business processes and technology ecosystems. Experience working with multiple business and technical stakeholders. Experience managing vendors and third-party technology providers. Strong project governance, reporting and documentation skills. Advantageous Experience with TM Forum / Frameworx . Knowledge of eTOM, SID and TAM . Exposure to BSS/OSS transformation and modernisation programmes. Experience with API, integration and microservices architectures . Understanding of cloud-based OSS/BSS platforms. Agile / Scrum experience. Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent . Business Analysis certification.
