We are seeking a Business, Operations or Sales professional with direct aluminium windows and doors experience to help establish and grow our business in Zambia.
The role may focus on Operations, Sales or both.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage aluminium production, projects, installations, procurement and subcontractors. • Develop relationships with architects, contractors, developers and clients. • Identify new business, manage sales pipeline, quotations, pricing and negotiations. • Develop the Zambian market, grow revenue and profitability, and resolve problems.
Requirements: • Proven experience in aluminium windows & doors, fenestration, glazing or related industry. • Senior/supervisory experience in Business, Operations, Sales, Commercial or Projects. • Strong understanding of pricing, job costing, margins, profitability and procurement. • Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and relationship skills. • Practical, independent, commercially minded and accountable. • Technical drawing/specification experience advantageous. • Zambia or Southern Africa experience advantageous.
IMPORTANT: Must be willing and able to relocate to Zambia and work there full-time.
