They are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join their team and lead the development of data-driven insights, analytics capabilities and reporting solutions that support business growth and enable informed decision-making across the organisation.

This is a senior opportunity for a data and analytics professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical expertise and hands-on leadership.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a commercially minded Business Intelligence Manager with strong experience across data analytics, business intelligence, data modelling and advanced analytics.

You will lead a small team of data analysts while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and business units to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, naturally curious about how data flows through systems and passionate about data quality, innovation and using technology to solve business problems.

What will you do?

Develop and implement data strategies that generate meaningful customer and business insights

Partner with multiple business units to identify opportunities for growth and improved performance

Oversee recurring business reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency and data integrity

Design and implement data models and analytical solutions to extract valuable insights from complex datasets

Lead, mentor and manage a small team of data analysts

Drive data and analytics projects from concept through to implementation

Promote the adoption of advanced analytics, including machine learning and predictive modelling

Enhance data visualisation and reporting capabilities to make insights more accessible and actionable

Provide data-driven intelligence to support monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews and planning processes

Identify opportunities to improve data quality and investigate the root causes of data-related issues

Stay abreast of emerging data, analytics, AI and technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation

Manage relationships with external data, analytics and technology partners

Oversee website analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights across the organisation

Support the transition towards AI-powered models and solutions

Drive the integration of legacy systems with modern analytics platforms

Work closely with senior management to translate complex data into clear bus
