DBN000327 – Business Intelligence Analyst – Kempton Park

Purpose of the job: Accountable for converting data into useful business insights that allow the Group and its businesses to make well-informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

• Experience developing Power BI dashboards.

• Experience working with SQL databases.

• Experience analysing business performance.

• Experience supporting business leaders through data analytics.

• Experience in agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG will be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Competencies & Experience

• Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers across sales, finance, supply chain, and HR.

• Data Governance: Maintain strict data quality and integrity standards. Integrate and validate information across ERP, CRM, and financial platforms.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to translate needs into analytical solutions. Support strategic planning and business improvement initiatives.

• Automation: Design data integration processes that streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.

• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to help management measure progress against strategic objectives.

• Capability Enhancement: Drive the maturity of business analytics. Promote data-driven decision-making and adopt new analytical tools.
