• Collaborate with data stakeholders and business stakeholders to identify and gather relevant data sources and integrate data from various ICT systems. • Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards that monitor relevant metrics. • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; and translate data findings into actionable insights that support business decision-making. • Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana) and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) to automate routine reporting tasks. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Statistics or a related quantitative field. Required Experience:
• At least 35 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development. • Experience analysing large datasets to extract actionable insights and creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, or Grafana. • Familiarity with ICT environments, including network topology, systems, data flow. • Hands-on experience with BI platforms and data visualisation tools. • Exposure to ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. Recommendations:
- Technical Certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI), Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), and/or Azure or AWS Data Analytics Certifications.
- Advanced Technical Skills, such as Experience with cloud-based BI environments, Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation, and experience with scripting for data cleaning, transformation, or API integration for data extraction from systems.
