• Lead overall business operations, profitability and strategic growth • Oversee production, sales, customer service, logistics and quality • Drive revenue growth, cost control and financial performance • Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans • Lead, develop and manage teams across the business • Build strong customer and commercial relationships • Ensure compliance, governance, risk management and operational standards • Drive continuous improvement and business development initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Operations or a related field
- 810 years management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing budgets, operations, people and business performance
- Manufacturing, distribution or industrial sector experience advantageous
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
