Requirements

BEng Chemical Engineering
Strong sales and business development experience
Experience within minerals processing, metallurgical plants, chemical plants, or process engineering environments
Excellent client relationship and proposal development skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Identify and develop new business opportunities within mining, mineral processing, and industrial process industries.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consulting engineers, EPCM houses, and end-user clients.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and tender submissions for process plant projects.
Conduct process evaluations, feasibility studies, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Support clients with process optimization solutions that improve efficiency, throughput, and operational performance.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop customized process solutions.
Review client specifications and translate technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.
Negotiate commercial agreements and participate in contract discussions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the process engineering sector.
Drive sales growth through strategic account management and business expansion initiatives.
Participate in plant audits, site inspections, and customer workshops.
Develop long-term partnerships with mining and industrial clients to secure repeat business.
