Job Description
- To manage a portfolio of Absa-approved 'Contact' motor OEM Partner Dealers by building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships that drive retail market share growth, increase cross-sell of Absa Value-Added Products VAPs, and ensure dealer compliance with conduct, risk, and governance standards.
- The role is responsible for end-to-end dealer engagement, sales enablement, and risk oversight to support sustainable business growth and franchise value.
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements,
- Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Absa Policies and Policy Standards. Understand and manage risks and risk events incidents relevant to the role.
Education
- Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies Required
