Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in steel sales, steel trading, or industrial B2B sales
- Proven business development and account management experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in import/export trading or the African steel market is advantageous
