Are you a true new-business hunter with established relationships in hospitality, retail or healthcare? This role offers the opportunity to join an agile, solutions-led business and convert market connections into customised branded product opportunities.
You will identify and secure accounts across the hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors. With a particular focus on hotels, B&Bs, game lodges, private reserves and hospitality groups. Building a strong pipeline, you will engage buyers, brand owners, and procurement leaders, uncover their requirements, and translate them into tailored commercial solutions.
You will manage complex opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and closure, while working closely with internal teams to deliver cost-effective solutions. Speed to revenue, relationship leverage and long-term account growth will be central to your success.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven B2B sales experience within FMCG, packaging, personal-care products or a related sector
- Strong record of acquiring new business and closing large commercial deals
- Established hospitality, retail or healthcare networks
- Relationships with buyers, brand owners or procurement decision-makers
- Experience with customised, branded, private-label or outsourced product solutions
- Ability to manage sales cycles of 6–18 months
- Consultative selling and strong commercial negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven and self-directed approach
