About You
You will be confident speaking with Australian business owners and hiring managers, highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable working independently. Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, account management or the agricultural industry will be highly regarded.
Currently seeking a proactive, personable Business Development professional to help grow our client base across regional Australia’s agricultural sector.
You will reach out to agricultural businesses including farms, stations, agribusinesses and rural employers, introducing Agritrade’s recruitment services and building long-term client relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, emails and Facebook outreach to prospective agricultural clients across regional Australia.
Follow up leads and actively chase new business opportunities.
Manage relationships with existing clients and identify further recruitment needs.
Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the recruitment team.
Keep prospect, client and activity information accurate and up to date in the CRM.
Provide regular updates on lead activity, client conversations and pipeline progress.
Indicative KPIs
Outbound calls, emails and Facebook messages completed each week.
New agricultural client contacts added to the CRM.
Qualified client conversations and meetings booked.
Follow-up activity completed for active leads and prospective clients.
New job opportunities, client registrations or recruitment briefs generated.
Existing-client check-ins completed and additional opportunities identified.
CRM records updated accurately following each interaction.
