Position overview: Looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with great client engagement and interpersonal skills to join its dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be accustomed to developing and maintaining effective business relationships with advisors and delivering a proactive service that enhances the image of the company and contributes to the growth and profitability of the Retail business unit.

Requirements

• BCom or similar completed University degree • Minimum 3 years' Business Development Executive experience within the investments/financial services industry • RE5 is mandatory • CFP qualifications are highly advantageous • Existing advisor/client portfolio preferred • Strong relationship management, presentation, and client engagement skills • Valid drivers license and own transport • Computer literate • Excellent communication skills • Customer service mindset • Able to interact with clients effectively • Good organisational skills • Energetic with a positive and friendly attitude • Professional and presentable appearance Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with financial advisors • Following up on advisor requests and queries in a timely manner and ensuring service standards are met. • Presenting to advisors the benefits of the companys offering. • Liaising with internal departments to ensure that excellent customer service standards can be met. • Keeping up to date with competitor products and service offerings Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
