DUTIES: Develop and maintain strong, professional working relationships with financial advisors. Follow up on advisor requests and queries in a timely manner, ensuring that agreed service standards are consistently met. Present and communicate the benefits and value of the organization's investment and financial services offering to advisors. Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained. Keep up to date with competitor products, market developments, and service offerings.
