REQUIREMENTS
- BCom or another completed university degree.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Development Executive within the financial services industry, with a focus on investments.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
- RE5 qualification.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients.
- Good organisational skills.
- Energetic, positive, and friendly attitude.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
DUTIES
• Develop and maintain strong, professional working relationships with financial advisors. • Follow up on advisor requests and queries in a timely manner, ensuring that agreed service standards are consistently met. • Present and communicate the benefits and value of the organizations investment and financial services offering to advisors. • Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained. • Keep up to date with competitor products, market developments, and service offerings.
