- A minimum of 3 to 5 years' relevant experience within the SETA, QCTO and/or Skills Development environment;
- Proven experience selling learnerships, skills programmes, short courses, SDF services, including discretionary grants, and other training interventions
- A demonstrable track record of successful B2B sales
- Proven experience in generating own leads and developing new business
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Demonstrated ability to close sales
- Experience developing tailor-made training and/or Skills Development solutions
- Strong working knowledge of the B-BBEE Skills Development element
- Practical understanding of the SETA and QCTO environments
- Experience engaging senior corporate decision-makers
- An established professional network relevant to the role
- Previous CRM experience
