REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor of Commerce or a 3-year equivalent study -
• Advanced computer literacy - Excel, Word and Outlook-
• 3 years relevant experience in business development/sale/marketing/consulting -
• 3 years' experience in a Training Environment-
• 3 years' experience in tenders, quotations, proposals and reporting
• Competencies and abilities:

• Establishment, management and growing own business portfolio through training and skills development opportunities

• Development of Business Intelligence (BI) and to transform that BI into sound solutions and services.

• Marketing solutions and services to a diverse client base, including the public and private sector as well as international clients

• Unlocking funders and funding opportunities

• Operating in a high-pressure target driven environment

• Exceptional information management capabilities

• Sound financial understanding - High emotional intelligence

• Good interpersonal and stakeholder relations skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Explore and generate dynamic business through tenders, expression of interest (EOIs), pre-qualification questionnaires (PRQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Build lasting partnerships and strengthen client relationships with a proactive approach to engagement, ensuring every interaction add value and fosters trust.
• Streamline operations with efficient management and office administration, designed to keep business running smoothly and professionally.
• Transform opportunities into measurable results. Our focus on strategic sales initiatives ensures consistent revenue growth and long term profitability.
