Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliverables to be produced by the Business Analyst as provided by the Client in line with the approved project plans:
- Approved User Requirements Specifications
- Approved Screen Desings and Solutions Requirements specifications.
- Perform Requirements Analysis activities, including but not limited to:
- Stakeholder Analysis
- Requirements Gathering / Analysis/ Verifications/ Prioritisation
- Documentation (URS)
- Perform Solutions Design activities, including but not limited to:
- Business Processes Mapping
- Graphical User Interface design
- Use Cases, Business Rules Identification
- Documentation (SRS). Demonstrate Applications to Users and obtain approval for implementation.
- Provide User support and ensure maintenance of existing Applications
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Business Analyst with 5 years + experience.
- Degree in ICT and BA Certification.
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Technology
- Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, etc
- BPMN and UML
- ARIS Designer
- Azure DevOps
